A concert poster has one job. It has to say who is singing, where, and when, and it has to do all of that from across a foyer. So the portrait leads, the tanpura runs the full height of the sheet, and the dates are set along that line rather than dropped into a corner.
The two Thumri sheets keep one layout and change only the wash of colour behind it, so two dates in the same season read as one series instead of two separate concerts.
